Sweden's INCAPACITY is back!
The old school thrash/death metal band, founded by Solar Dawn bassist
Anders Edlund in 2002, has been out of the loop for a while. However,
after his recent departure, and those of guitarist Robert "Skoog" Ivarsson
(Pan-Thy-Monium, Ashes) and vocalist Andreas "Drette" Axelsson (Edge of
Sanity, Infestdead, ex-Marduk); the band has been given new life with the
additions of ex- The Crown singer Johan Lindstrand, guitarist Rob Ahrling
(Origin Blood, Gladiator) and Evergrey's Michael Håkansson on bass.
Along with guitarist Christian Älvestam and drummer Henrik Schönström (both
from Scar Symmetry, Torchbearer, Unmoored and ex-Solar Dawn), the band is
as ready as ever to come back and give us a pounding that will make those
in the metal community take quick notice.
Incapacity, who has released two albums (Chaos Complete and 9th Order
Extinct; the latter, licensed through Metal Blade), will be entering Flat
Pig Studio later this year and intend to release an album with R.A.H.W.
Production in the Fall of 2006.
