Slabbed with wry humor and heavy riffs, Deathboot is not your typical
grind-core band...they are something much more. With only two demos under
their belt, they have recently released a twelve song MCD titled *You Scream
in Pain When I Crush Your Balls.* We at R.A.H.W. figure that if you want
something fast and dirty, you need to look no further than this record.
Started in Malmö, Sweden in 1999, the band had the usual member changes
until just three remained. That was a strong enough unit to work with
sufficiently, having Billing on vocals, Wendel on guitar and Viktor on
drums. Kidnapping Ludde for bass duties from his previous band, Deathboot
was whole and ready to get down to business.
Clocking in at just under 20 minutes, this 12 song MCD is raw and heavy. Laced
with traditional grind and punk elements, Deathboot will be sure to 'grind
your gears.'
